Brittney was an absolute rockstar with our recent home purchase in Far Oaks! She showed us houses for nearly 8-months before we landed on the right one. My wife and I worked with Jenny this fall in buying our home in O’Fallon, IL.  Our experience with her couldn’t have been better! Janell has build the most amazing, thoughtful hardworking team of ladies willing to go above and beyond for your home buying and selling needs. And a special shout out to Rachel. She’s one of the most patient, understanding, kind and helpful persons I have every met. She goes above and beyond for people that are not even her clients. She’s a straight shooter, keeps her word. We are incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to cross paths with her back in 2019 for the first time. My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Janelle personally, as well as her absolutely fantastic team, on more than one occasion.  Whether buying or selling, her honesty, careful and thoughtful writeups, and deep knowledge of the area made us feel like we were in capable hands. Buying or selling a home in an intensely emotional moment that matters, and having the right chemistry with the right person is critical to everyone's success. Amazing! Everyone in this office is friendly, accommodating, and they all work as one wonderful cohesive unit. I am a first time home buyer, and they were all so patient and understanding. The best experience I’ve ever had with a realtor.  I’ve been through the process of buying/selling a home multiple times over the last 18 years due to my job and have never had this level of personal care and consideration from a realty team before. When looking for a realtor, we interviewed three. The reason we chose Janell with Homes by Janell is because she was honest and upfront from the very start. She didn’t sugarcoat anything like the other realtors did, and she gave us an accurate assessment of our property. She did her homework and presented a thorough report with comps in our neighborhood, and what our house should appraise for. She and her staff worked diligently with us to get our house prepared to sell. To our surprise, it took only two days to receive five offers, with three over the asking price.
